Gummy Bears
Osmosis: The movement of solvent through the wall of a solid.
Aim
I want to find out what happens to Gummy Bears when we put them into different liquids.
Perdition
I think that Gummy Bears will shrink or grow in the liquids
Equipment
1. Three solutions - water, sugar and salt
2. four Gummy Bears of the same colours
3. Two Petri Dishes
4. Marker Pen
5. Electronic Balance
6. Measuring Cylinder
7. Beaker
If you put water in a cup then put a gummy bear in it what will happen in my opinion it will get a lot more smaller leave a comment telling me what you think.
steps
1.Get your equipment
2. Label Petri dishs wth DRY, SALT water, SUGAR Water
3. Weight the gummy bears and record their weight on the peri dish
4. add 40mL of the solution into Petri dishs

The water that was included in the first gummy bear petri dish made the gummy bear change from a dry weight of 2.52 to a wet weight of 8.83.
The salt water petri dish from a dry 2.48 to a wet 5.19.
The sugar water petri dish from a dry 2.46 to a wet 4.81
The gummy bear that changed the most was the gummy bear in the sugar water.
